We had a fantastic stay at the Grand Mayan Vidanta Acapulco! The beachfront location was stunning, and our ocean-view room with a plunge pool was luxurious and spacious. The service was generally great, although we encountered some issues with one staff member at the crepe station. The amenities and activities really made our vacation special, especially the pool and the entertainment!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing at the Grand Mayan Resort. The staff really went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic experience, and the grounds were beautiful. Roberto Alarcon, our guide, was a highlight, taking us on unforgettable tours and introducing us to the best local cuisines. While our dining experiences were mostly wonderful, we did find that some restaurants had limited availability, which was a minor drawback. Overall, it was a perfect escape from the cold winter back home.

Activities like horseback riding and ATV rentals added excitement to our vacation.
